Didim

The city is located on the Aegean Sea's coast. The city draws tourists for its beautiful beaches of golden sand and clear, warm water. Turkey has a mild climate, as does the town itself. In July, temperatures can reach up to 30 degrees Celsius, but they do not go below 10 degrees in December. The Aegean Sea

Cons:

The city is very active during the holiday season, and in winter life it freezes.

The main transport in the city is dolmus and taxi. You can go to another town by bus.

The price of real estate is high, but the investment will quickly pay off if you rent it out. There is a considerable demand to rent a home in Marmaris because there isn't an overabundance of individuals wanting to rent a property. The language most widely spoken in the city of foreign languages is primarily English.

Prices for apartments in Marmaris start from 250,000 euros.

Side

The city was founded in the 7th century BC. Greek colonists, the modern Side does not go beyond the ancient city's walls.

Side is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches. To the east of the city, immersed in pine forests, there are such resort areas as Sorgun, Titreyengel, Kyzylgach, and Manavgat. To the west are the regions of Side-Kumköy and Side-Chalokly.

Recently, it has seen an increase in real estate sales: people are attracted by the developed infrastructure and comfortable life. Most people buy a home for permanent residency or long-term rent in Izmir. The transportation network has been created, and there is no road congestion compared to in Istanbul. The city is served by an airport 18 kilometers from the center. Izmir is one of the leading cities in housing sold to its native population after Istanbul. It is not as popular among tourists, but they do reside there. Russian-language schools and kindergartens exist as well. Izmir's real estate is diverse, ranging from high-end apartment buildings to single homes.

Cons

Real estate on the coast is expensive, much more costly than at a distance from the sea. There are few tourists, perhaps for some, this is a plus, but there are practically no Russian-speaking tourists in Izmir. Resort areas and beaches are located at a distance from the city; they will have to be reached by car for about half an hour. Izmir is located in a seismically dangerous zone. But the advantage is that all the houses are now being built to withstand the most severe earthquake, so it is best to buy housing in new buildings. There are many industrial enterprises in the city.

Housing is inexpensive, especially if you live inland. Living costs are low: goods and services are cheap. Real estate is varied, from homes to flats in addition to villas.

Cons

The airport in Adana does not receive as many international flights as, for example, the airports of Antalya or Dalaman. Adaptation will not be easy; almost no one speaks Russian or even English.

Many refugees from Syria. There are many industrial enterprises, the environment in some areas (Akdeniz, for example) is not the best. It is better not to buy housing in the secondary market. Renting may be difficult. The 1st Akkuyu nuclear power plant is under construction in Mersin province.
