Kotor is a beautiful city with pronounced Mediterranean architecture, charming landscapes, and history on every corner. Stari Grad, the center of Kotor, is the most striking attraction, which is included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The Bay of Kotor is also the deepest natural fjord-like bay on the Adriatic Sea. And because of this, its landscapes are so spectacular and unusual that I can't believe. No wonder it is so popular with foreign buyers.
Over the past 15 years, prices have doubled and then tripled, reaching between 3,000 and 4,000 euros / m2. However, the credit crisis changed the situation significantly. Along the coast, home prices fell by an average of 30%, with property prices in the Old City being the hardest hit, mainly because of a change in the type of buyers.
