Paphos is a favorite resort of the British. The infrastructure has been developed with them in mind: a well-groomed tourist area, golf courses, private English gardens and schools. In recent years, the British have been replaced by our compatriots. Several thousand Ukrainians and Russians already live here permanently, and the same number regularly visit their holiday homes. They buy apartments in new residences with swimming pools and gyms. They also buy villas, and, unlike the British, they are more spacious and expensive. Near Paphos, at a distance of ten minutes' drive from the sea, there is a budget, by the standards of Cyprus, apartments. For example, a small "kopeck piece" can be bought for €50-65 thousand. To buy a hundred-meter two-story apartment, you will need €150-250 thousand, and a villa with three bedrooms and a private pool - €200-350 thousand.
