Alanya Leads Antalya's Districts in Housing Sales to Foreigners

Alanya took first place among the suburbs of Antalya in terms of the volume of real estate sold to foreign buyers.

• June: 424 houses
• July: 656 houses
• August: 519 houses
• September: 390 houses
• October: 503 houses

In October, properties in other areas of Antalya were also sold to foreigners:

• Aksu: 55 houses
• Gazipasa: 20 houses
• Kemer: 20 houses
• Kepez: 41 houses
• Konyaalti: 44 houses
• Muratpasa: 34 houses

Despite the fact that the Kepez district occupies a leading position in terms of the total number of land sold this year (2,400 properties), Alanya continues to be one of the main centers of interest for foreign and local buyers.
