In one of the most beautiful areas of Alanya, Kargicak, there is a new two-story villa on an individual project from Hayat Estate. The Kargicak area is located to the east of the center of Alanya and is very popular among lovers of beautiful hilly landscapes, silence, and greenery.

The villa is in a pine forest on a hillside, so the terraces offer a gorgeous view of the sea! When designing, we relied on the comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of the house. Start of construction - December 2015. Commissioning of the villa - October 2016.
