Description

Located in the prestigious Bang Tao area of Phuket, the complex is the first branded residence in Asia under the Autograph Collection by Marriott brand.

The project combines resort living with premium hospitality service. It includes 408 residences with well-planned layouts, 2.8 m ceilings, deep balconies, and enhanced sound insulation. The first phase, including two residential buildings, is scheduled for completion in December 2027, while the second phase is planned for August 2028.

Residents will have access to high-level infrastructure: a shuttle bus to the beach and Bang Tao centre, concierge service, wellness areas, fitness facilities, a yoga studio, children’s spaces, rooftop BBQ, and a private lounge. Owners will also receive Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status until the end of 2029.

For investors, the project offers freehold ownership at no extra cost, tax registration of around 1%, projected returns of 7–9%, flexible rental management programmes, and an instalment plan of up to 15 years for 45% of the property value at 9% per annum.

From 2030, owners will be able to join Marriott’s rental programme, with access to the brand’s global booking system and a private residents’ club with worldwide privileges.
