Investment Program (10 Years):

The program guarantees owners passive income and personal usage of the apartments, divided into two stages:

Period Yield Personal Usage
Years 1–4 Guaranteed return of 7% per annum (based on the purchase price). 30 days per year (20 days low season, 10 days high season). Exclusion: peak dates from Dec 15th to Feb 28th.
Years 5–10 Rental Pool (60/40): 60% of net rental profit goes to the owner, 40% to the management company. 90 days per year (60 days low season, 30 days high season). Exclusion: peak dates from Dec 15th to Feb 28th.
