Antalya recorded growth in housing sales in September

In September, the number of homes sold in Turkey increased significantly. Compared to the same period last year, the increase was 37.3%, and the number of sold properties reached 140,919 units.

The traditional leaders in sales were:

  • Istanbul with 21,314 sold houses,
  • Ankara - 13,205 houses,
  • Izmir - 7,612 houses.

The lowest figures were recorded in the provinces:

  • Hakkari - 74 houses,
  • Ardahan - 82 houses,
  • Bayburt - 106 houses.

In Antalya, 6,468 properties were sold in September, of which 4,274 were resale properties. In the provinces of Isparta, 766 houses were sold (of which 542 were resale properties), and in Burdur - 365 houses, of which 212 were resale properties.

As for sales to foreigners, their share is 1.4% of the total.

The main sales to foreign buyers were in:

  • Istanbul - 783 houses,
  • Antalya - 548 houses,
  • Mersin - 210 houses.

Thus, Antalya remains one of the key cities in the Turkish real estate market, attracting both local and foreign buyers.
