• Low-rise white villas. During the peninsula's development, preference was given to the construction of traditional two-story villas with a white facade and blue windows, doors, and flat roofs. These colors keep the house cool on hot summer days. Colorful plants - bougainvilleas - were soon added to this coloring. It is how Bodrum got its unique look. Traditional villas are not only classic examples of houses but also genuinely unique specimens of the 70s of the last century.

• Gumbet resort is located 3 km from the center of Bodrum, the closest to the peninsula's center. The cleanest beach stretches for 600 meters, and it has become home to many hotels and active water activities: parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling.
• Bitez resort - 7 km from the center of Bodrum. The city is very green and quiet. Bitez Bay is ideal for windsurfing and sailing.
• The picturesque town of Akyarlar has located 13 km from Bodrum. A stunningly beautiful crescent-shaped bay with fine sandy beaches and clear water.
• 18 km from Bodrum is the business center of the peninsula - the city of Yalikavak, which is famous for its windmills, citrus trees, and cozy restaurants with unforgettable fish dishes.
