Bulgaria is in Europe, on the southeast side. It occupies about 20% of the Balkan Peninsula. The coast is washed by the Black Sea, and the country borders on Romania, Greece, Serbia, Greece and Macedonia. Many residents of the former CIS countries prefer to buy property in Bulgaria because of the developed infrastructure, picturesque nature, mild climate, and attractive housing prices.

The advantages of Bulgaria include the national language, which has many words reminiscent of Russian, so a Russian-speaking person can intuitively understand speech. Also, young people know English. The currency of Bulgaria is the lev, which has a ratio of 1:15.6 to the Ukrainian hryvnia.

Speaking about the climate, it is worth noting a cold winter with frosts, wet autumn and spring, which last less than 3 months, and a long hot summer. Rains are more common in the mountains, unlike the center, where it is often dry and hot.

An advantage can be considered a long summer, which begins in late spring and lasts until mid-October. The city has a very developed infrastructure. There are many cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, small shops, a park, nightclubs, kindergartens, schools and universities. It is a great city to live permanently and the average rental apartment can bring in around 300 euros per month.

The cost of an apartment in the secondary market starts from 50 thousand euros, and new buildings will cost from 38 thousand euros. How much does a property near Burgas cost?

Here things with transport are a little worse than in other cities in Bulgaria. There is no direct connection between Burgas and Sofia, so you will have to get through Balchik, Albena, and Kranevo. The resort will delight you with many grocery stores, cafes and restaurants, some of which are on the coast. Popular activities include walking through the national park and the beautiful coastline.

Golden Sands is a village located 25 km from the city. It begins its history in 1956, so there are no historical buildings here. Most of the territory is built up with modern skyscrapers and complexes. Here you can buy an apartment with an area of 80 sq.m near the beach for 50 thousand euros.

Infrastructure Albena: the benefits of buying property

Another popular resort is Albena, which is located 35 km from Varna. You can get to the city from the nearest city and the capital of Bulgaria. There are many cafes and restaurants here, but the number of grocery stores is small. But this is a great place for entertainment: Baltata reserve, diving, water park, golf club, horseback riding and tennis. Modern complexes are presented for sale, since the resort was rebuilt in the late 70s. The price of the apartments is not inferior to Golden Sands. For 45 thousand euros, you can find renovated apartments. This is a great opportunity to find a property to rent, as living here is expensive, especially in summer.

One of the popular cities to live in is Burgas, which is on the south coast. It is an industrial center, as its economy is based on iron ore and salt mining, oil refineries, food and textile industries.
